233 Photographer

On excursion with my boyfriends cousin and his girlfriend when we visited them in Nicosia this summer.

223 Pair

From the sleeping tivoli...
They are still here, but started to take everything down. As soon as they are done they will leave and I guess the horses, the cars and the tiny trains will go to sleep for the entire winter.
Autumn is here!

161 It´s Saturday Morning

Every saturday morning there is a market here in Giardini Naxos. This photo is from last week.
They sell everything from fruit, meat and cheese to toys, things for the house and clothes...
If one is going there by car its important to get there early in order to find a parkingspot.

128 Greek

The concert with Gianna Nannini was held in the ancient greek theatre in Taormina.
Behind the scene one can see some of the remainings of the theatre.

105 Follow the leader

Its not funny to end up behind those... especially not if you are in a hurry, because it is not as they go in to the side to let the cars pass...

159 Inspiration

When it comes to inspiration from the world of music, this is my absolute favorite.
Her name is Gianna Nannini and her music has helped me through good and bad for many, many years. Two days ago she was singing in the greek theatre in Taormina. The place was filled to the last seat and the concert was fabolous!
I fell in love with my zoom lence, could you believe I was on the second last row of the theatre?? Almost as far away from the scene that is possible!

The video is mine too, and it shows one of her biggest hits, "bello e impossibile". If you watch it you will see how far away from the stage I was.
A warning is in place though... There is a risk you will feel seasick. The floor I was standing on was moving from all people dancing, and it is really difficult to keep the videocamera still when using a lot of zoom....

The lence is a analogue minolta 75-300 mm, 1:45(32)-5.6 D 55mm
